Requirements
Skills:
AWS experience, certification a plus (Associate, Professional if possible).
Database management (MySQL or Postgres).
DevOps, application lifecycle management (Github Actions).
Experience with containerization (Docker)
Experience with IaC (either CloudFormation or Terraform) and automation.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to optimize the DevEx.
English (Business level), Japanese (conversational level, business-level proficiency is preferred.)

Biased towards simplicity. “Makes proper trade-offs between complexity and business needs, chooses the simplest solution that meets requirements”
Responsibilities:
Design and maintain the cloud infrastructure with a focus on scalability, security, and cost-efficiency.
Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automate deployments, and optimize the development workflow.
Ensure robust monitoring, logging, and alerting using AWS services and third-party tools like CloudWatch, ELK Stack, or Datadog.
Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform or CloudFormation.'
